Gebhard II von Grögling († March 17, 1149 ) was Prince-Bishop of Eichstätt from 1125 to 1149.

Gebhard II came from the von Grögling family of counts . The eponymous place is Grögling near Dietfurt an der Altmühl , today in the Upper Palatinate district of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate . The family took on the name Hirschberg under Hartwig von Grögling-Dollnstein . Bishop Hartwig was Gebhard II's nephew.
Life
Gebhard II von Grögling took part in numerous diets and synods in the empire. Together with the Würzburg electors Gebhard von Henneberg , he attended a provincial synod in Mainz, but his confirmation was delayed because he received the regalia from King Lothar III. was still referred to as Elekt. The regalia were received on November 27, 1125 in Regensburg, where Gebhardt II was also mentioned as the advocate of the Augsburg bishop Hermann von Vohburg .
