Gottfried Breitfuss

Gottfried Breitfuss (born December 17, 1958 in Maishofen in Salzburg ) is an Austrian actor .

Career

Breitfuss received his acting training at the Mozarteum in Salzburg . After studying acting, he worked at the Residenztheater in Munich , the Schillertheater Berlin , the Freie Volksbühne Berlin and the Theater Basel . After twelve years with an ensemble at the Staatstheater Stuttgart , where he played numerous leading roles and staged several productions, Intendant Matthias Hartmann engaged him in 2005 at the Schauspielhaus Zürich .

Gottfried Breitfuss has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Schauspielhaus Zurich since July 2005 , where he appeared in Der Idiot, among others . At the beginning of the novel , Here and Now and played in The Threepenny Opera . In the 2013/14 season Gottfried Breitfuss appeared in Die Physiker , The Servant of Two Masters , A Hero of Our Time and The Black Pike .

He made his first film appearance in 1985 in the children's film Chicks for Cairo . In 1996 he played in Urs Odermatt's Polizeiruf 110: Small Dealers, Big Dreams and in 2000 in Tom Tykwer's Der Krieger und die Kaiserin . From 2002 to 2006 he starred in six episodes of the TV series Blond: Eva Blond! the role of Mr. Lottmann. Heinrich Breloer gave him the role of Martin Bormann in his docu-drama Speer und Er .
