Gregor Tureček

Gregor Tureček (born 1985 in Vienna ) is an Austrian theater director .

Life

Gregor Tureček studied directing at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding . During his studies he staged twice at the Marstalltheater . He worked as an assistant director at the Residenztheater in Munich .

For his production Taken from real life. In 2014 he received the Kurt Meisel Award for one show .

Gregor Tureček is visiting lecturer in the master’s course in theater education at the University of Education in Vienna / Krems. In 2017 he was invited as a guest lecturer to the international theater educators congress "changes challenges choices" of IDEA Austria.
