Lea Sophie Salfeld

Lea Sophie Salfeld (* 1985 in Oldenburg ) is a German theater actress and singer .

Life

After graduating from high school, Salfeld studied jazz singing in Berlin and from 2008 to 2012 acting at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich.

During her studies she took part in the Münchner Kammerspiele in The Last Bastion (director: Frederik Tidén) and in Jeff Koons by Rainald Goetz (director: Christiane Pohle ) as well as in Julia Zange's Die Anstalt der better Mädchen (director: Sylvia Sobottka). She also played in the production of the Munich Opera Festival ships of fools (director: Barbara Weber ).

Salfeld has been a member of the Augsburg Theater Association since spring 2012 . There she was seen in The Golden Dragon and The White Album .

In the 2012/13 season she appeared in Ulrike Maria Stuart , Der Zauberer von Oz , Minna von Barnhelm and Ursprung der Welt .

In the summer of 2013 she also took on the role of "Jeanie" in the rock musical Hair on the Augsburg open-air theater . Salfeld was also seen in The Confessions of Marion Krotowski , The Good Man of Sezuan as "Shen Te" and "Shui Ta" and as "Ophelia" in Hamlet, Prince of Denmark . In 2014 she played “Mae” in Tennessee Williams ' The Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Director: Matthias Fontheim ).

In 2014 and 2015 she could also be seen as a singer in the musicals Hair and Blues Brothers on the open-air stage in Augsburg . In addition to her acting activities, she is also active as a speaker. In addition, she was a jury member for the 2016 preselection in Augsburg for the National Singing Competition in Berlin .

Since the 2018/19 season she has been a member of the ensemble at the Staatstheater Nürnberg .
