Friederike Butzengeiger

Friederike Butzengeiger (* 1984 in Berlin ) is a German theater actress and singer .

Life

Butzengeiger studied acting at the Charlottenburg Drama School in Berlin and singing with Michael Dixon. She is also a state-approved speech therapist .

She had her first permanent engagement for several seasons from 2007 to 2010 at the Landesbühne Sachsen-Anhalt. This was followed by partial seasons at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern, where she was a. a. as Polly in Brecht's Threepenny Opera . From 2012 to 2014 she was part of the permanent ensemble of the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater. In the 2014 season she took on the role of "Grand Duchess of Gerolstein" in Die Banditen von Gerolstein at the Augsburg Theater . An engagement at the Landesbühne Lower Saxony North ( Wilhelmshaven ) followed. She worked with directors such as Wolfgang Apprich, Marie Bues, Paul Georg Dittrich, Michael Lerchenberg and Ingo Putz.
