Maria Viktoria Linke (* 1976 in Jena ) is a German dramaturge and theater director .

Life

Maria Viktoria Linke grew up in East Berlin and studied theater studies, cultural studies and journalism in Leipzig.

From 2005 to 2009 she worked as a dramaturge at the New Theater Halle (Saale) and from 2009 to 2011 at the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau in herself. She has also directed since 2010. In 2011 she moved to the Landestheater Tübingen as chief dramaturge.

She is a regular guest as a dramaturge at Ballhaus Ost Berlin, at the Puppentheater Halle and at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus. In addition, she has been teaching at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen since 2013.

From 2014 to 2017 she worked as chief dramaturge at the Theater Augsburg and took over the artistic direction of the theater with Oliver Brunner . Your last production at the Augsburg Theater was the comedy Pension Schöller . At the same time she began to work as a freelance director, her first production was Ännie (by Thomas Melle ) at the Staatstheater Darmstadt.
