Kerstin König (born 1990 in Düsseldorf ) is a German actress.

Life

König studied from 2011 to 2015 at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . During her studies she spent two years in the studio of the New Theater in Halle, where she appeared in various plays. There she played, among other things, the “Amalia von Edelreich” in Schiller's Die Räuber . With this role she was nominated as "best actress" at the international drama school meeting Istropolinana Project in Bratislava. She worked with directors such as Ronny Jakubaschk , Jo Fabian , Henriette Hörnigk and Jörg Steinberg .

She had her first permanent engagement from 2015 to 2017 at the Theater Augsburg . Since then she has been working as a freelancer.
