Haymon Maria Buttinger

Haymon Maria Buttinger (born May 3, 1953 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

Haymon Maria Buttinger first attended the Jesuit College in Kalksburg , from 1975 to 1978 he studied acting at the Vienna Conservatory , and in 1978 he passed the stage entrance examination before the Vienna Joint Stage Examination Commission. After his first stage experience as an actor, he initially worked mainly as an interior propositioner .

From 1993 to 1999 he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Burgtheater in Vienna under Claus Peymann , where he played a total of 24 roles in 17 pieces. Guest performances have taken him to the Schauspielhaus Bochum , the Schauspielhaus Zürich and the Thalia Theater Hamburg , to Berlin, Strasbourg and Stuttgart.

2010 brought him Michael Schottenberg to the Vienna Folk Theater , where he has since been seen in various guest roles, such as in 2015/16 Marienthaler roof of Ulf Schmidt . In the 2013/14 season he played at the National Theater in the title role in Woyzeck , but he received in 2014 the Dorothea-Neff Award for best acting performance was as part of the award of the Nestroy Theater Award in 2014 as best actor nominated.

In November 2019 he celebrated the world premiere of Michael Köhlmeier's Lamm Gottes als Tod at the Bregenz Theater Kosmos .
