IC 2446 = IC 2447 is a lens-shaped galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type SB0 / a in the constellation Cancer on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 352 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 150,000 light years in diameter.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 2789 and IC 2443 .
