IC 4193 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Canes Venatici on the northern sky . It is an estimated 372 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 55,000 light years in diameter .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 21, 1903 .
