IC 4200 is a lens-shaped galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Centaur in the southern sky . It is an estimated 166 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Royal Harwood Frost on May 10, 1904 .
