The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are smartphone devices from the US company Apple . The appearance of the devices has been changed slightly compared to the direct predecessors iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus . The two antenna strips on the back now only run along the edge and the color of the two black variants was designed to be less noticeable. In addition, the camber of the camera has been redesigned.

Apple received criticism for the missing 3.5 mm jack connection in the iPhone 7. James Geddes criticized that imposing a missing function for which the customer is not ready could appear presumptuous. It seems that Apple has not only given the customer too few reasons to switch to new iPhones, but also given an important reason not to switch.
