The International Darts Open was a ranking tournament in darts and was organized from June 19-21, 2015 by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). It was the seventh event of the European Darts Tour , which is part of the Pro Tour 2015 . The venue was the Sachsen-Arena in Riesa .

It was the first edition of the tournament that Michael Smith won with a 6: 3 legs final victory over Benito van de Pas .

format

The tournament was played in a knockout system . Game mode in all rounds was a best of 11 legs . Each leg was played in double-out mode.

Prize money

The tournament totaled £ 115,000 in prize money. The prize money was distributed among the participants as follows:
