Jesús Loroño Arteaga (born January 10, 1926 in Larrabezúa , Spain ; † August 12, 1998 ibid) was a Spanish cyclist .

Career

Loroño was a professional from 1947 to 1962 . His most significant victory was winning the overall classification of the Vuelta a España after finishing second overall a year earlier. His stage win in the 1953 Tour de France , in which he won the mountain classification, is also remarkable .
