In 2010 Eriksson competed for Motopark Academy in the German Formula 3 Cup . Eriksson finished in the points in a few races and won one race. He finished the season in sixth place in the drivers' championship. He also started as a guest starter in the Formula 3 Euro Series on a race weekend . In 2012 Eriksson returned to the German Formula 3 Cup. He also started for Motopark Academy, which used the name Lotus in this series . Eriksson won eight of 27 races and was 408 to 298 champions ahead of Lucas Auer .

In 2013 Eriksson moved to Status Grand Prix in the GP3 series . In contrast to his teammates Adderly Fong and Alexander Sims, he remained without points and finished the season in 24th place overall. In 2014 Eriksson stayed in the GP3 series. He was originally supposed to return to Motopark Academy, which was to start this series under the name Russian Time . However, after the death of Igor Mazepa , the Seatholder of Russian Time, Motopark Academy lost the contract to carry out this engagement, so that Ericsson's contract became obsolete. He then joined the Koiranen GP . In the first race for the new racing team in Barcelona , he achieved his first points and podium finish in the GP3 series as second. He won two races and was on the podium five times. At the end of the season he was fourth in the drivers' championship. Eriksson also competed in Formula Acceleration 1 for Performance Racing and in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) for Sébastien Loeb Racing at one event each. He and Vincent Capillaire won the ELMS race, which was also his first long-distance race. In 2015 Eriksson started again for Koiranen GP in the GP3 series. He won one race and finished fifth in the championship.

In 2016 Eriksson moved to Arden International in the GP2 series . A fifth place was his best result and also his only result in the top 10. After he was registered for the penultimate event but not taking part in the event, he lost his cockpit to Emil Bernstorff for the last race weekend . At the end of the season he finished 20th overall.
