Salisbury I Cabinet
Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury, first served as Prime Minister between 1885 and 1886
The Salisbury I cabinet was formed in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on June 23, 1885 by Prime Minister Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury of the Conservative Party , replacing the second Gladstone government . It was in office until February 1, 1886, when it was replaced by the Gladstone III cabinet .
