Cabinet Bonar Law
The Bonar Law government was formed in the United Kingdom on October 24, 1922 by Prime Minister Andrew Bonar Law of the Conservative Party and replaced the Lloyd George government . The government consisted exclusively of ministers of the Conservative Party and was in office until May 20, 1923, after which it was replaced by the first Baldwin government.
In the general election on November 15, 1922 , the Conservative Tories won 344 of the 616 seats in the House of Commons . The Labor Party had 142 seats and the Liberal Party 62 seats. The National Liberal Party won 53 seats, while 15 seats went to other parties.
