The canton of La Barthe-de-Neste was a French constituency in the arrondissement of Bagnères-de-Bigorre , in the Hautes-Pyrénées department and in the Midi-Pyrénées region until 2015 ; its main town was La Barthe-de-Neste . His representative in the General Council of the Département was Maurice Loudet from 1994 to 2015.
geography
The canton was in the central east of the department. In the west it bordered on the canton of Campan , in the northwest on the canton Bagnères-de-Bigorre , in the north on the canton Lannemezan , in the east on the canton Saint-Laurent-de-Neste and in the south on the canton Arreau . Its area was between 380 m in Avezac-Prat-Lahitte and 1924 m in Esparros above sea level .
