La Haute-Bigorre is a French canton in the arrondissement of Bagnères-de-Bigorre , in the Hautes-Pyrénées department and in the Occitania region ; its main town is Bagnères-de-Bigorre .

The canton was created when the French cantons were redistributed in 2015. Its communes come from the former cantons of Bagnères-de-Bigorre (9 of the 19 communes), Campan (all 4 communes) and Laloubère (1 commune; Hiis).

In the first ballot on March 22, 2015, none of the five candidate pairs achieved an absolute majority. In the runoff election on March 29, 2015, Jacques Brune / Nicole Darrieutort (both PRG) won against Isabelle Vaquie / Philippe Viau (both PS) with 63.65% of the votes (turnout: 49.80%).
