Kelly Lynch (* 31 January 1959 in Golden Valley in Minneapolis as Kelly Colleen Lynch ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

Lynch first worked as a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines . She then attended the Guthrie Theater Drama School in Minneapolis and made her debut in minor roles at the Guthrie Theater . She later moved to New York City and studied acting with Sanford Meisner . She became a photo model and worked for the Elite Model Management agency .

In 1989, Lynch played alongside Patrick Swayze and Sam Elliott in the film Road House, the doctor Elizabeth Clay , who is in a relationship with Swayze in the film. She also starred in Virtuosity (1995) alongside Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe , in Mississippi Delta - In the Swamp of Vengeance (1996) alongside Alec Baldwin , in Charlie's Angels (2000) alongside Cameron Diaz , Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu to see. For her role in the film Drugstore Cowboy (1989), in which it alongside Matt Dillon played, it was for the film award Independent Spirit Award nomination. A second nomination for the Independent Spirit Award was for the film prospectless (1994), in which she played alongside Rutger Hauer .

Lynch starred in some episodes of the 2004 television series The L Word - When Women Love Women , where she starred alongside Jennifer Beals . The u. a. for an Emmy nominated series shows the lives of some lesbian women in Los Angeles .

Lynch has been married to Mitch Glazer since 1992 and has a daughter with him and a son from a previous relationship.
