Dziubiele Małe ( German  Klein Dziubielle , 1904-1945 Klein Zollerndorf ) is a small place in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , which belongs to the Gmina Orzysz ( town and country municipality Arys ) in the Powiat Piski ( Johannisburg district ).

Dziubiele Małe is located in Mazurski Park Krajobrazowy (Masurian Landscape Park ) in the eastern Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 22 kilometers northwest of the district town of Pisz ( German  Johannisburg ).

history

Today's hamlet ( Osada in Polish ) originally consisted of a very large courtyard. He was until 1945 a district of the rural community Dziubiellen that - 1904 in Zoller village renamed - to circle Johannesburg in Administrative district Gumbinnen (1905 Government district Allenstein ) in the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged. On October 12, 1904, Klein Dziubialen was renamed Klein Zollerndorf .

In 1945, the place was in consequence of the war with the entire southern East Prussia to Poland and received the Polish name form Dziubiele Małe . Today it is a village within the urban and rural municipality of Orzysz in the Powiat Piski, until 1998 of the Suwałki Voivodeship , since then part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .

Religions

Until 1945 Klein Dziubialen was parish in the Evangelical Church of Eckersberg in the church province of East Prussia of the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union and in the Roman Catholic Church in Johannisburg ( Pisz in Polish ) in the Diocese of Warmia .

Today Dziubiele Małe belongs to the Catholic parish Okartowo in the Diocese of Ełk of the Roman Catholic Church in Poland . The Protestant residents stick to the church in the district town of Pisz in the Masuria diocese of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland .

Dziubiele Małe is located away from the traffic and can be reached by land from the neighboring town of Dziubiele (Dziubielle , 1904–1945 Zollerndorf) . There is no train connection.
