The Kleinsee (Slov. Malo Jezero ) is a lake in the municipality of St. Kanzian in Carinthia , Austria . It comes from the last ice age.

This natural lake with a sandy bottom is surrounded by a 20 to 40 m wide water lily and reed belt. The deepest point is about 9 m.

Water lilies and mud predominate in the bank area, which means that the lake is only accessible via a few jetties, but it is all the more a "fishing paradise".

To the east of the Kleinsee is the Klopeiner See .
