The 1994/95 season was the 24th season of the Korać Cup held by FIBA Europe .

ALBA Berlin from Germany won the title . The triumph of the Berliners was the first European Cup victory of a German basketball club.

61 teams from 25 nations took part. After the qualifying round, 58 of these teams played an elimination round. 3 other teams received a bye. The winners of these games qualified for the round of 32. The winners of that round qualified for the group stage, which consisted of four groups of four teams each. The first two in each group reached the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final. The winners of the pairings in the qualifying round, the 2nd round, the. The third round in the quarter-finals, in the semi-finals and in the final were determined in the first and second leg.
