history

The village of Lány na Důlku belonging to the Jezbořice estate was first mentioned in writing in 1337 as the property of the Olomouc bishopric . The name addition na Důlku is derived from a depression in the middle of the village. In 1441, Bishop Paul von Miličin and Talmberg sold the Jezbořice estate, which had previously been owned by Jindřich Lacenbok von Chlum, with the villages of Bezděkov , Barchov , Opočen ( Nahájí ), Opočeň Malý , Lány na Důlku and Boch Crkaň to Mikolášovec. He divided the estate among his sons; Štěpán received Jezbořice, his brother Zbyněk the remaining villages. Zbyněk Bochovec von Bochov, who had been the sole owner of the Jezbořice estate since 1467, ceded his rights to Heinrich von Münsterberg in 1488 . This pledged the entire estate for three years to Václav Žehušický von Nestajov. The village of Crkaň, southwest of Lány, was described as desolate; it was probably extinguished during the Bohemian-Hungarian War. With the approval of the Bohemian King Ladislaus Jagiello , Wilhelm von Pernstein released all pledged goods in 1492. He added the villages of the Jezbořice estate to his rule Pardubice . Wilhelm von Pernstein had the Crkáňský rybník pond built in the corridors of Crkaň at Lánský potok. Jaroslav von Pernstein sold the Pardubitz rule to King Ferdinand I in 1560. King Rudolf II had the rule reorganized in 1588 through a system of 24 Rychta ( Scholtiseien ); the Rychtář in Jezbořice exercised the lower jurisdiction for Lány na Důlku.

On October 6, 1787, a restaurant was donated by the Religionsfonds and a wooden church was consecrated on November 8 of the same year. This collapsed on May 17, 1798 in a storm. Then the church services took place in the school, in 1802 a new stone church was consecrated.

Under the patronage of the religious fund, the local church of St. Johannes von Nepomuk and the localist house, under the imperial patronage the school. To the east were the ponds Hluboky ( Hluboký rybník ) and Twrzy ( Zámecký rybník ). Lan ob Gruben was the parish for Krchleb , Srnoged , Opotschinek , Čiwitz and Bezdiekow . On March 14, 1841 a new school building was inaugurated. Between 1842 and 1845 the Imperial and Royal Northern State Railway was laid out south of the village . Until the middle of the 19th century, Lan ob Gruben remained subordinate to the Imperial and Royal Chamber of Commerce Pardubice.
