The provincial government of Hülgerth constitutes the Carinthian provincial government from its election on March 7, 1934 to the appointment of Governor Ludwig Hülgerth to the federal government on November 3, 1936.

When the state government was elected on March 7, 1934, the office of governor was elected by majority voting. Hülgerth received 16 of the 18 votes cast, with one ballot remaining blank. Sylvester Leer and Franz Ehrlich received 16 votes, Hans Sattlegger 15 votes and Hans Ferlitsch 14 votes in the election of the regional councils, which were assigned according to proportional representation .
