The Provincial Government Leopold Wagner I formed the Carinthian Provincial Government in the 22nd legislative period after the resignation of Governor Hans Sima and the swearing in of Leopold Wagner as Governor on April 19, 1974 until the end of the government period on March 19, 1975. After Governor Hans Sima had lost support in his party, he resigned on April 12, 1974. He was followed by his previous deputy Leopold Wagner. The office of First Deputy Governor was subsequently taken by the previous Provincial Councilor Erwin Frühbauer , while Hans Ausserwinkler succeeded as Provincial Councilor . During the short term of office of the state government there were no changes in the composition.
