This list of members of the Carinthian state parliament (22nd legislative period) lists all members of the Carinthian state parliament in the 22nd legislative period. The legislative period lasted from the constituent session of the Landtag on March 20, 1970 to the inauguration of the subsequent Landtag in the 23rd legislative period on March 19, 1975.

After the state elections in 1970 , 20 of the 36 seats went to the Socialist Party of Austria (SPÖ), which gained two seats and achieved an absolute majority. The Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) was able to hold its twelve mandates, while the number of mandates of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) fell by one to 4 mandates. The Communists and Left Socialists (KLS) failed to move back in and lost some of their mandate.

On March 20, 1970, the state parliament elected the Sima II state government , which was succeeded by the Wagner I state government on April 19, 1974 .
