Provisional state government Piesch III
The provisional state government Piesch III formed the provisional Carinthian state government from July 25, 1945 to December 10, 1945. The state government Piesch III took over the business of the consultative state committee Piesch II and continued the business until the inauguration of the first regular state government Piesch IV .
The provisional state government Piesch III had nine members, with the Socialist Party of Austria (SPÖ) providing the governor and three state councilors. The Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) sent the 1st Deputy Governor and two regional councilors to the government, while the Communist Party of Austria (KPÖ) sent a regional councilor. A representative of the Carinthian Slovenes also belonged to the provisional state government.
During the term of office of the state government there was a change in personnel when Ignaz Tschurtschenthaler replaced Hans Amschl as Deputy Governor on October 15, 1945 .
