Hallstadt District Court
The Hallstadt district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Hallstadt in today's Bamberg district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, the Hallstadt district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg . The Hallstadt district court was formed from areas that were part of the Bamberg bishopric before the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss (only the Eltmann office was Würzburg). These were:
- from the Hallstadt office : Hallstadt , Biegenhof , Dörfleins Süssbach , Johannishof , Oberhaid , Pinzenhof , Seehöflein , Unterhaid and Zückshut
- from the Zapfendorf office : Zapfendorf , Leimershof , Lauf , Oberoberndorf , Peusenhof , Reuth , Roth , Sassendorf , Unterleiterbach
- from the Memmelsdorf office : Drosendorf , Gundelsheim , Hohengüßbach , Kemmern , Laubend , Merkendorf , Starkenschwind , Unteroberndorf , Weisendorf
- from the Lichtenfeld office : Ebensfeld , Kleukheim , Lutzenberg , Oberleiterbach
- from the Baunach office : Sandhof
- from the Zeil office : Staffelbach
- from the Eltmann office : Ebelsbach , Gleisenau , Schönbrunn , Stettfeld
- from the Baunach office : Sandhof
- from the Zeil office : Staffelbach
- from the hospital office : Johannishof, Merkendorf, Sassendorf
