Lisa Darr
Lisa Darr Grabemann (born April 21, 1963 in Chicago , Illinois ) is an American actress .
life and career
Lisa Darr was born as Lisa Darr Grabemann, the daughter of Mollie Grabemann, an actress, and Karl Grabemann, a lawyer . She attended New Trier West High School. Darr graduated from Stanford University with a degree in biology .
Lisa Darr had her first television role in 1991 in the episode retreat of the television series Murphy Brown . In the same year she was also in an episode of the television series High Flyer and Flash - Der Rote Blitz . Also in 1991 she landed her first leading role in the short-lived series The Chaos Clan as DA Rachel Brennan . In the following years she made appearances in various films and series. These include appearances in Back to the Past , Crime & Punishment , Renegade , Alaska , of all things, and The Police Chief , as well as in the films The Terror Lurks Next Door and Betrayed and Abused , before she took on a role in six episodes of The Office in 1995 . From 1994 to 1996 she played three different roles in Murder is Her Hobby . In 1996 and 1997 she took on the role of Gail Koner in the series Profit developed by Fox . After the series ended, she was seen in eight episodes of the fifth season of the series Ellen as the girlfriend of the title character Ellen Morgen (played by Ellen DeGeneres ). From 1998 Darr appeared in the television series Mercy Point , Sabrina - Totally Verhext! and Ladies Man . In 1999 the next leading role in her career followed. Darr played Jane McPherson in The WB series Popular for 43 episodes . After this 2001 she was in episodes of the series For All Cases Amy , Charmed - Magic Witches and Philly with the party. Darr played the role of Susan Jackson between 2000 and 2003 in a total of six episodes of the series Strong Medicine: Two doctors like fire and ice . 2004 was followed by a starring role alongside Jon Foster , Chris Lowell and Kelly Osbourne in the short-lived series Life as We Know It radio station ABC . This was followed by guest appearances in Desperate Housewives , The West Wing - In the Center of Power , Dr. House , A Heavenly Family , Ghost Whisperer , The Office and Leave It, Larry! . Darr was also seen in two episodes of the third and one episode of the fourth season of Weeds - Little Deals Between Neighbors . Since then she has only taken on minor roles, including in CSI: NY , Dexter , Drop Dead Diva , Parenthood and Criminal Minds . In 2009 she was also seen in the film for the series Hannah Montana and in 2012 in Always Trouble at 40 .
Lisa Darr has been married to Brian Valente since May 28, 2005.
