22 Aug 1988 Sabri Yirmibeşoğlu (* 1928 in Foça ), former General Secretary of Millî Güvenlik Kurulu , at the beginning of 1950 he was instructed in Asymmetric Warfare in Çankırı , which was not found to be illegal in the Racism-Turanism proceedings . From 1950 to 1957 he was a member of the Presidential Guard at Anıtkabir . On April 23, 1962, lawyers Ahmed Muzaffer Gurkan and Ayhan Hikmet , owners and founders of the Turkish-Cypriot weekly Cumhuriyet , who were related for cooperation between Greeks and Turks, were murdered by the Turkish Resistance Organization . In 1974 Sabri Yirmibeşoğlu was chairman of the special warfare department and reported to Prime Minister Ecevit. Subsequently, Sabri Yirmibeşoğlu was chairman of a NATO news structure in 1978.
