↑ Bad Düben station:
Bad Düben station was built in 1895 by the Prussian State Railways as part of the newly created railway line between Eilenburg-Ost and Pretzsch in Saxony-Anhalt. This railway line served both passenger and freight traffic. The station buildings on the route were designed as type buildings in clinker construction. In contrast to Laussig and Söllichau, Bad Düben received a larger train station with a two-storey reception building with a crooked hip roof in the Swiss style. On the street side, dormers are occasionally attached to the roof. On the ground floor, the high original segment arch windows and doors have largely been preserved. The upper floor is divided into smaller parts and optically separated from the lower floor by a cornice made of sandstone. The original floor tiles have been preserved in the interior, along with minor structural changes (walled-up door and window openings). To the north is a single-storey clinker brick extension with a pointed gable roof. The window openings in it have been changed, but fit into the overall appearance of the ensemble. To the south, the main building, connected via an intermediate building, was given a newer elongated goods shed extension in clinker construction with transverse rectangular, barred windows, probably in the 1920s, to which the paved loading ramp adjoins. This underlines the importance of the station as a freight yard. On the side of the track, an elongated signal box extension was added to the main building in the 1930s, also in clinker construction, with high rectangular windows and the original muntin. This stands out stylistically from the rest of the ensemble. Inside there is a Jüdel-type mechanical signal box. A water tower was built to supply the steam locomotives. The octagonal, conically tapering clinker brick building is equipped with an open-top floor container made of riveted steel sheets. This water tank was originally clad with a boarded iron framework and was closed by a tent roof. Due to dilapidation, these parts were broken off in 2002. As a station with expanded rights for passenger and freight traffic, a row of granite cobblestones was placed in front of the station building. Pavings in the area of train stations underline the importance of the train station as a testimony to the history of traffic. The paving of the access roads significantly facilitated the transport of people and goods. For this reason, Bad Düben train station is of importance in terms of railway history, local history, technology history and traffic history. -

↑ Obermühle Bad Düben:
The striking ensemble consists of a grain mill with a rectangular floor plan, a residential mill building with a rectangular floor plan (this is where the miller's apartment and an oil mill were originally supposed to have been) as well as the mill ditch and the reconstructed water wheel between the two buildings. The buildings are connected by a walkway. The two-storey flour mill consists of a massive brick ground floor, a half-timbered upper floor with clinker infills (partially renovated) and a gable roof with a long pike dormer. The simple facades are enlivened by profiled wooden eaves and rectangular windows. The door walls and the corner blocks on the ground floor were made of sandstone. The two-storey residential mill building shows a massive brick ground floor, a half-timbered upper floor with clinker infill and a crooked hip roof. Its front, younger wing extension shows a solidly bricked and plastered gable side. Inside, the old roof structure and ceiling beams from the time it was built have been preserved. At right angles to the residential mill building stood two other buildings, a two-storey plastered building with a gable roof and a utility wing from around 1900 with a somewhat more representative historicizing clinker brick facade. These two buildings and a striking barn with a high mansard roof and pike dormer were demolished in the late 1990s (or a little later). In 1986, the grain mill was renovated to make it suitable for historical monuments. Further renovation work, such as restoring the transition, was carried out after the fall of the Wall by the Association Museumsdorf Dübener Heide e. V. A mill is said to have been at the site as early as 1156. Another and more concrete mention was made in 1531. The buildings of the still preserved complex probably go back to around 1800. -
↑ Ackerbürgerhaus Paradeplatz 15:
The house of the three-sided Ackerbürgerhof was probably built at the end of the 18th century, the barn is a clay corrugated building from the early 19th century and the clinker brick side building was built in the late 19th century. The property is part of the southern development of Paradeplatz. Two-storey residential building with a gable roof, on the ground floor living room with board ceiling (clad), on the girder you can see that the room was originally a bit larger, the upper floor was originally completely half-timbered, today massive on the front and probably on the free-standing east gable, on the courtyard side half-timbered construction with portico, tenoned collar beam roofing on a reclining chair. The barn forms the southern end of the courtyard, clay walls partially repaired with tiles, gable roof.
The side building on the west side, use of the stables, restrained, clinker building-typical decorative shapes such as console cornices on the eaves.
The property with its monumental buildings is a testament to the historical town center of Bad Düben. It is one of the few, largely authentically preserved, architectural documents that indicate that Bad Düben was an arable and craft town well into the 19th century. It illustrates the associated way of life of its residents in the past. As a result, the object acquires historical significance. With their time and region-typical design, the buildings of the Ackerbürgerhof are also of architectural historical importance, especially the residential building due to its age and its now rare peculiarities (upper arbor). -

↑ Schnaditz Castle, Manor and Park (factual entirety):
History:- In 1792, the Saxon commissioner Christoph Samuel Martin acquired the manor
- from 1794 design of the palace park as a landscape facility, which was probably equipped with a variety of furnishings such as temples, grottos, hermit huts, sculptures and cupids; Since the Martin family had family ties to Dessau, it is likely that the design would be based on the example of the Wörlitz Park
- 1806 and 1813 devastation of the park by French and Russian migrants
- After 1945 the facility was neglected, the last two remaining garden sculptures were destroyed by vandalism, the moat was partially filled in and tree felled
- from 1990 restoration work in the park
- Building:
- Castle (single monument)
- Bergfried (individual monument)
- two remaining farm buildings of the former farm yard (total parts)
- Development:
- Access from the east from Lindenallee via the access bridge (individual monument) and the gate (individual monument), further access from the south via the former farmyard
- Path system: landscaped curved paths
- Water elements: the entire palace park is bordered by a moat with two islets, which also acts as an aha (individual monument), the moat was already in place before the landscaping and was probably originally part of the fortifications.
- Linden alley leading to the castle from the east (Tilia spec.)
- valuable old trees from u. a. Blood beech (Fagus sylvatica f. Purpurea), summer lime (Tilia platyphyllos), winter lime (Tilia cordata), sycamore maple (Acer pseudoplatanus), English oak (Quercus robur), columnar oak (Quercus robur ' Fastigiata '), black poplar (Populus nigra), pyramidal poplar (Populus nigra' Italica '), hornbeam (Carpinus betulus), hawthorn (Crataegus spec.), Common elm (Ulmus laevis) and yew (Taxus baccata)
- Soil relief: the topography of the park is mainly determined by the moat surrounding it, and several hills - u. a. the big and the small Drachenberg - heaped up, on which some of the equipment elements were probably formerly located
- Visual relationship: the previously existing visual relationships over the moat into the landscape have grown over today
