This list shows the members of the Landtag of the Principality of Liechtenstein , which emerged from the elections on February 2, 1997. The legislative period lasted until 2001.

Of 14,765 eligible voters, 12,836 people took part in the election (86.9%). The votes and mandates were distributed in the two constituencies - Oberland and Unterland  - as follows:
