The representative villa was built in 1876 in strict forms of historicism . In 1911 a bay window was added on the east side, and in 1951 the building was restored after war damage. The two-storey building with a strong central risalit and a curved mansard roof crowned by wrought iron ornamental grilles faces the Inn with the main facade. The facades are structured by cornices, the doors and windows are designed differently with simple profile borders or roofed frames. The portal with the central risalit is accessed via a two-armed stone staircase with a dock balustrade forming a small forecourt. To the north of the risalit is a balcony loggia with fluted pillars between dock balustrades made of reddish marble. On the south side there is a continuous balcony above volute consoles with a large, glazed bay window. The facade to the garden is structured by a gabled entrance project. The interior is accessed with a central corridor and a central staircase.
