Lizeray is about 42 kilometers west-southwest of Bourges and about 30 kilometers north-northeast of Châteauroux . Lizeray is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Paudy in the north, Les Bordes in the east, Issoudun in the south-east, Saint-Aoustrille in the south and south-east, Saint-Valentin in the south and south-west and Ménétréols-sous-Vatan in the west and south-west.
