Ségry is a French municipality with 504 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Indre in the Region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Issoudun and the Canton of Issoudun (until 2015: Canton Issoudun-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Ségriens .
geography
Ségry is located about 38 kilometers southwest of Bourges and about 38 kilometers east-northeast of Châteauroux . The Arnon flows through the municipality. Ségry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chouday in the north and north-west, Saint-Ambroix in the north and north-east, Mareuil-sur-Arnon in the east, Chezal-Benoît in the south and south-east and Saint-Aubin in the west.
