Saint-Aubin is a French municipality with 180 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Indre in the Region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Issoudun and the Canton of La Châtre (until 2015: Canton Issoudun-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Aubinois .

Saint-Aubin is located about 25 kilometers east-northeast of Châteauroux . Saint-Aubin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Issoudun in the north and north-west, Chouday in the north-east, Ségry in the east, Chezal-Benoît in the south-east, Pruniers in the south, Meunet-Planches in the west and south-west and Condé in the west and north-west.

The Issoudun-Le Fay airfield is located in the municipality.
