Marlon Santos , with full name Marlon Santos da Silva Barbosa (born September 7, 1995 in Duque de Caxias ), is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Marlon Santos started his career in the youth team of CR Vasco da Gama and Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . At Fluminense, he played his first league game for the club in 2014. On May 22, 2014, he played in Série A from the 52nd minute against São Paulo FC . Regular missions followed, also on an international level. In 2015, Santos was linked to FC Barcelona in the media . On August 16, 2018, Santos moved to the Italian Serie A for US Sassuolo Calcio for a transfer fee of six million euros .
