Maussane-les-Alpilles is a municipality with 2289 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the heart of Provence , between the Alpilles , the plains of the Crau and the Camargue .

Economy and Infrastructure
Agriculture is characterized by the cultivation of olives and wine in the Vallée-des-Baux, which are protected by an AOC . The products can often be purchased directly from the producer.
