NGC 2634 is an elliptical galaxy from the Hubble type E1 in the constellation Camelopardalis the northern sky . It is estimated to be 106 million light years from the Milky Way .
It probably forms a gravitationally bound pair with PGC 24760 .
The object was discovered on August 11, 1882 by Ernst Wilhelm Leberecht Tempel .
