NGC 2614 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Ursa Major at the northern sky . It is an estimated 160 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light-years across.
Together with NGC 2629 , NGC 2646 , IC 520 it forms the IC 520 group .
The object was discovered on December 1, 1863 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
