NGC 5828 , also NGC 5828B called, is a 13.6 likes bright spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Bootes and about 188 million light-years from the Milky Way center.
Together with the non-NGC object PGC 53619 (also NGC 5828A ) it forms an optical double galaxy and was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on June 24, 1887 .
