The 1966/67 season was the 20th regular staging of the National League B , the second highest Swiss league in ice hockey . The four best-placed teams in the NLB qualified for the NLA relegation , in which they all missed promotion.

The league was divided into two groups. The first two in each group qualified for the NLA relegation. Each team received two points for a win and one point for a tie. If you lost, you didn't get any points.
