Nele Strobel

Nele Ströbel (* 1957 in Stuttgart ) is a German sculptor .

Life

She completed her studies in ceramic sculpture and sculpture from 1979 to 1984 at the University of Applied Arts Vienna with Maria Biljan-Bilger and Wander Bertoni . After completing her diploma and master's degree, she spent a master's year with Oswald Oberhuber and Peter Weibel in 1985 .

Ströbel has lived and worked in Munich since 1985. She has taught as a visiting professor at the University of the Arts in Berlin and the University of Applied Science in Munich. The focus of her work lies in the area of ​​artistic intervention in architectural spaces.
