Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 1993

The 26th Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 1993 took place from March 2nd to 7th, 1993 in Harrachov , Czech Republic . For the first time after the division of Czechoslovakia on January 1st of that year, the Czech Republic hosted this most important junior competition in Nordic skiing. In the Czech part of Czechoslovakia, the title fights had previously taken place in 1976 in Liberec .

The most successful nation in the competitions was Norway with four gold and two silver medals and a bronze medal, ahead of Russia with two gold and one silver medal and Finland with two gold and two bronze medals.

Competition venues

The ski jumping competitions and the Nordic combined jumping were held on the Čerťák normal hill . The cross-country skiing competitions for specialists and combiners took place on the trails in the area.
