NGC 3652 is a barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc / P in the constellation Great Bear in the northern sky . It is an estimated 89 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 70,000 light years in diameter.
Together with NGC 3648 , NGC 3658 , NGC 3665 , PGC 35039 , PGC 35080 and PGC 35124 , it forms the NGC 3665 galaxy group .
The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on March 23, 1789 .
