NGC 3646 is a spiral galaxy from the Hubble type Sbc with an outer ring in the constellation Leo on the ecliptic , an estimated 187 million light-years of the Milky Way is removed.
The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on February 15, 1784 .
