The Norwegian Ski Jumping Championships 2019 took place on four different dates. On January 5th and 6th, 2019, women's championships in both the individual and the team were held by the Linderudkollen medium hill in Oslo . Shortly afterwards, on January 15, 2019, the men's and junior championships were held on the Granåsen large hill in Trondheim . In addition, the Bavallsbakken (normal hill) junior championships took place in Voss on February 2, 2019 . At the end of the 2018/19 season, the men's and women's competitions on Midtstubakken , the normal hill, took place in Oslo on March 30th . Originally the championships were supposed to take place in Voss at the end of March, but the weather made it necessary to move to Oslo. The organizer was the Norwegian Ski Association .

Men
Large hill
The men's individual competition on the large hill took place on January 15, 2019 in Trondheim in the Granåsen Skisenter . 71 athletes were registered. After a qualification was first carried out, which Robert Johansson won, the field of participants was reduced to 50 ski jumpers. Norwegian champion was Andreas Stjernen , with Robert Johansson twice setting up the best distance of 141 meters, but fell in the first round.

The individual competition on the normal hill (HS106 / K95) took place on March 30, 2019 in Oslo . 58 athletes were registered, but only 56 were included in the ranking. The Norwegian champion was Thomas Aasen Markeng , who won his first senior title with it.
