Passano Award
The Passano Award is a science award that the Passano Foundation has presented for medical research in the United States since 1945. Many recipients of the Passano Award later also received the Nobel Prize .
The award is named after Edward Boetler Passano . Between 1975 and 1992 the foundation also awarded a prize for clinical researchers (Young Scientist Award), and since 1994 it has awarded a prize for young researchers (Passano Physician Scientists) .
