Perehinske (Ukrainian Перегінське ; Russian Перегинское / Pereginskoje , Polish Perehinske ) is located in western Ukraine urban-type settlement about 55 kilometers southwest of the Oblasthauptstadt Ivano-Frankivsk and 15 kilometers south of the Rajonshauptstadt Rozhniativ the river Limnyzja located. In addition to Perehinske, the village of Sakernytschne (Закерничне) belongs to the settlement council of the same name .

history

The place was mentioned in writing for the first time in 1292, received market rights in 1690 and belonged to Austrian Galicia from 1772 to 1918 under its Polish name Perehińsko . After the end of the First World War, the place came to Poland and was here from 1921 in the Stanislau Voivodeship , Powiat Dolina. With the beginning of the Second World War, the place was first occupied by the Soviet Union and from 1941 to 1944 by Germany , which incorporated the place into the district of Galicia .

In 1945 the place came again to the Soviet Union , there it became part of the Ukrainian SSR and has been part of today's Ukraine since 1991. The place now called Pereginskoje / Perehinske received the status of an urban-type settlement during the Soviet period in 1940.
